50 TPH Sand Washing Line For Australian Customers

We are designing a 50-ton-per-hour sand washing line for a quarry and sand washing project in Australia. Our goal is to install a reliable sand washing system to process continental sand (for both washed concrete sand and construction fill), operating approximately 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.

We want to recover as much sand as possible, including fines. And a fine sand recovery system is needed to recover 0.075–3mm material.

Required Output Specification:
– Fineness modulus: 2.6–2.9
– Particle size: 0.075–4.75 mm
– Fines passing No. 200 sieve: 3–5% max
– Feed material: river sand, up to 10 mm
