Sand & Gravel Production Line | Central Asia

Project Overview

This is a complete sand and gravel production line delivered under EPC / Semi-EPC mode, applied for processing quarry mixed materials in Central Asia. The maximum feed size reaches 300 mm, with clay content up to 10% and moisture content below 5%.

Finished products are divided into 5 particle sizes:

0–2.5 mm, 0–5 mm, 5–20 mm, 20–40 mm, 40–70 mm.

All products comply with Russian GOST 8736-2014 (sand) and GOST 8267-93 (crushed stone) standards.

Working Condition Challenges

The site features extreme temperature variation: ambient temperature ranges from -30°C in winter to +60°C in summer, together with heavy dust. All equipment is specially optimized for harsh working environments.
