70 t/h River Sand Washing Plant For Russia
Today our 70 t/h river sand washing plant for our Russian customer has been finished and ready for shipment.
The river sand washing plant combines sand washing, size classification and purification, tailing treatment and zero‑discharge of wastewater. It fits the local river sand processing requirements and strict environmental protection rules in the client’s region.
70 T/H River Sand Washing Plant Working Flow
1. Feeding & Conveying
A loader feeds raw river sand into the feeder. Material then travels along the belt conveyor toward the rotary screen, where lumpy sediment gets broken up and dirt impurities are scrubbed away.
2. Washing & Classifying
Purified river sand goes into LZZG sand washing & recycling machine for clay removal and dewatering. Clean finished sand is carried by conveyor belts to stockpiles. Mud‑laden water is channelled to the subsequent wastewater treatment system.
3. Sludge Thickening
Waste water flows through mixing tanks and deep cone thickeners. Flocculant is dosed to speed‑up sedimentation and achieve primary separation between water and settled silt.
4. Tailing Mud Drying & Recycled Water Usage
Settled sludge is fed to the high pressure diaphragm filter press. Squeezed out dry mud cakes can be transported off‑site for disposal. The cleared‑out water feeds back into the washing plant for repeated use, achieving zero discharge of sand washing sewage.
