20–30 t/h Silica Sand Processing & Purification EPC Project – Algeria

We are advancing an integrated silica sand procesing & purification project in Algeria. The complete silica processing plant planning covers the entire deep processing workflow of silica sand:

• Silica sand extraction;
• Raw sand handling and feeding;
• Washing and desliming;
• Screening and classification;
• Attrition scrubbing;
• Hydrocyclone classification;
• Magnetic separation;
• Water recycling and sludge treatment;
• Drying system;
• Storage, bulk loading and/or bagging system;
• Automation, control system and laboratory equipment.

The final products are expected to be mainly dedicated to:

• Glass industry;
• Construction and BTP applications;
• Automotive glass indusry
• Solar photovoltaic industry

At the current stage, the client only carries out small-scale pilot mining verification of silica ore, with core demands focused on water washing purification and deep iron removal. We are required to provide a complete set of equipment with a capacity of 20–30 t/h, along with the overall quotation and production lead time.

Core Equipments For 20-30 T/H Silica Sand Plant

Trommel Screen: Remove large stones, tree branches, and other debris from the raw materials.

Attrition Scrubber: Used to remove clay and surface film impurities from sand and gravel.

Fine Material Screw Washer: Further deep cleaning of silica sand raw materials, classify and dwater silica sand.

Classification Equipment: Equipped with hydrocyclone classification units to accurately define the particle size of finished silica sand.

Magnetic Separator: Delivers deep iron removal to improve the SiO₂ purity of silica sand.

Dewatering + Fines Recovery: Reduces fine sand loss and improves raw material utilization.

Closed-loop Tailings Water Circulation System: Integrates sedimentation, thickening and sludge filter pressing functions to realize water recycling and reuse.
