Equipment used on site: mobile sand washing station YD100, sand scrubbing machine CX4-1, double-wheel sand washing and recycling machine 2LZ3016-75-1842D-75

After the raw materials are initially screened, cleaned, and recovered by the mobile sand washing station, they enter the scrubbing machine again for weathered layer treatment. Finally, it enters the two-wheel integrated machine for secondary cleaning, recycling, and dehydration to obtain finished materials with good particle size and reasonable gradation to meet the local demand for high-quality sand and gravel materials. Since the raw materials are severely weathered and brittle, a scrubbing machine is required to treat the weathered layer. Then it enters the two-wheel integrated machine for secondary cleaning, recycling, and dehydration to produce high-quality finished sand.

Mobile sand washing station

Longzhong has developed a mobile sand washing station for small and medium-sized production lines with mobile needs. The whole machine includes a screening device, a washing device, and a dewatering and recovery device, which can be operated independently or combined with other equipment, making it highly practical.
