Working principle of three-axis horizontal screen
The vibrator of the three-axis horizontal screen is composed of three parallel vibration shafts. One end of the vibration shaft located on one side of the screen box is equipped with three intermeshing gears with a speed ratio of 1. When the vibrating screen is working, the motor transmission device drives the three gears of the vibrator to rotate. Since the three axes are equipped with equal eccentric masses and equal eccentric radius weight plates, and are synchronously connected by gears with equal parameters, the motion trajectory of the screen box is elliptical. That is, the synthetic motion trajectory of the circular motion trajectory of the single-axis vibrating screen and the linear motion trajectory of the dual-axis vibrating screen. The elliptical motion trajectory allows the material to run at a greater speed and improves the output of the equipment.
