Why The Linear Vibrating Screen Does not Discharge Smoothly?
The operation of the linear vibrating screen is related to many aspects, including the equipment’s own technical parameters, whether the operation is standardized and regular maintenance. What is the reason for the obvious uneven material conveying phenomenon in the linear vibrating screen?
1. Vibration motor tilt Angle
The exciting force generated by the vibrating motor makes the material jump forward in a designed fixed direction on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of dehydration. The inclination angle of the motor of the linear vibrating screen is generally a fixed value. According to the material condition and processing capacity, the excitation force will be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the eccentric block. For linear screens with double eccentric blocks and shafts, the eccentric mass of the eccentric blocks can be adjusted to increase the excitation force, the phase angle of the double eccentric blocks and the shaft can be changed, and the direction of the excitation force can be changed.
2. Damping spring strength
For linear vibrating screens, damping springs play an important role in maintaining the stability of the vibrating screen and prolonging its life. Damping springs are divided into rubber springs, spiral steel springs, and composite springs. For damping springs, springs with different thicknesses have different strengths. If the size of the vibrating screen is large or the excitation force of the vibrating motor is too strong, the use of a thinner damping spring may cause the spring to break, which will affect the normal operation of the vibrating screen and cause the discharge to deviate.
3. Center of gravity of the linear vibrating screen
Normally, there are almost no such technical problems in the position of the center of gravity of the linear screen itself or the position of the eccentric block of the motor produced by the regular beneficiation equipment manufacturer.
4. Screen box deformation
When the linear vibrating screen is working, the screen frame needs to bear the gravity of the screened material and the strong excitation force of the vibrating motor. If the strength is not enough, the screen frame is easily deformed and damaged. In addition, the strength of the screen box requires a unique welding process and stable design. The screen body of the linear vibrating screen is welded by rolled steel plate (part of the body is connected by high-strength bolts), with good overall rigidity and strength, firm and reliable.
5. Operators are not professional enough
Failure to strictly follow the operating instructions to feed materials will result in fluctuations in feed. This will easily cause the vibrating screen’s screening effect to be unstable and will cause a large deviation in the force of the material, which will lead to the deviation of the discharge, so the feeding must be uniform and continuous.
