The Structure Of Sewage Treatment Filter Press

Filter presses are widely used in all walks of life. It can be roughly divided into three parts, mainly including the frame, pressing mechanism, filtering mechanism, etc.

The filter press consists of three parts

1. Frame

The frame is the basic component of the filter press. At both ends are thrust plates and compression heads, and the beams on both sides connect the two. The girders are used to support the filter plate, filter frame, and compression plate.

A. Thrust plate: It is connected to support to place one end of the filter press on the foundation. There is a feed hole in the middle of the thrust plate of the chamber filter press, and there are four holes in the four corners. The holes in the upper two corners are the inlet of the washing liquid or pressed gas, and the two lower corners are the outlet.

B. It is used to compress the filter plate and filter frame, and the rollers on both sides are used to support the compression plate to roll on the track of the girder.

C. The girders are load-bearing components. According to the anti-corrosion requirements of the use environment, rigid polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, or anti-corrosion coating can be selected.

2. Compression device

The compression device is divided into manual compression, mechanical compression, and hydraulic compression.

A. Manual compression: The screw mechanical jack pushes the compression plate to compress the filter plate.

B. Mechanical compression: The pressing mechanism is composed of a motor reducer, gear set, screw rod, and fixed nut.

C. Hydraulic compression: The hydraulic pressing mechanism consists of a hydraulic station, a cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, and a Hafland card hydraulic station structure in which the piston rod is connected to the pressing plate.

3. Filter mechanism

The filtration mechanism consists of a filter plate, filter frame, filter cloth, and press diaphragm. Both sides of the filter plate are covered with filter cloth, and a press diaphragm is required. A set of filter plates consists of diaphragm plates and side plates
