4. Add lubricating oil. Adjust the oil level height. Generally, it is advisable to take 50% below the middle of the shaft. Please add No. 46 gear oil before using the reducer.

5. After the sand washing machine is installed and adjusted, a trial run should be conducted. The no-load test run should achieve continuous operation for 2 hours. The fasteners should be firm without any loosening, and there should be no abnormal sounds from the reducer and gearbox.

6. The load test run should meet the following requirements: When feeding, the material should not strongly impact the water tank. It is not allowed to add materials under uneven load or fill the water tank to avoid damaging the wheel bucket and the body.

1. The construction drawing for the foundation of the sand washing machine should be designed in accordance with the specific conditions on site.

2. When installing the spiral sand washing machine, the inclination Angle must be ensured in accordance with the requirements of the installation drawing.

3. The motor of the sand washing machine is installed on the guide rail to adjust the tightness of the belt. The pulley and the motor pulley should be ensured to be parallel during installation.
