Application And Economy of High Frequency Dewatering Vibrating Screen

The high-frequency dewatering vibrating screen is a dewatering and screening equipment for slurry materials. Slag and water can be separated automatically. Continuous operation, free of manual operation. The application of the high-frequency dewatering screen in the slag-water separation process and the tailings treatment process of the beneficiation plant solves the problem of waste of mineral resources and large investment. The recycling of resources in the concentrator is realized, with low investment and high return, as well as energy saving and environmental protection.

The application high frequency dewatering vibrating screen

1. Application of potash feldspar ore for dehydration after ball milling

In a potash feldspar mine in Quanzhou, Fujian, the output of the ball mill is fed into the screw separator for slag-water separation. However, the water content of the finished material after separation is too high and cannot be dry piled. After inspection and experimentation, the high-frequency dewatering screen of our company was applied to replace the spiral separator. After being dehydrated by the high-frequency dehydration screen, the water content of the finished potassium feldspar is less than 15%, which fully achieves the dry heap effect. And the lost fine sand is also recovered, which increases the recovery rate of finished products.

2. Application of barite ore for secondary beneficiation after screw separator

In a barite concentrator in Liuzhou, Guangxi, the barite contains high mud content. It is necessary to use a screw separator to add water and stir to wash the mud, then separate the finished barite from the muddy water, and use the screw separator to beneficiate the ore. However, only large-particle barite ore can be selected in this way, and about 20% of the fine ore flows away with the muddy water so that the barite ore cannot be fully recovered, resulting in a waste of resources. Later, a high-frequency dewatering screen was installed after the spiral separator, so that the outflowing muddy water was then used for secondary beneficiation with a high-frequency dewatering screen. Daily processing of 12,000 cubic meters of muddy water can extract 2,400 cubic meters of barite, which greatly improves economic benefits.

3. Application in the sand washing for the dewatering after sand washer

A sand and gravel plant in Yulin, Shaanxi, had invested several million in sand washing equipment, but the quality of the finished sand produced was not high. Later, a high-frequency dewatering screen was installed after the mixer. The sand and water are mixed in an advanced mixer and then dewatered by a high-frequency dewatering screen to separate the sand and the muddy water. The finished sand is high quality and meets the requirements of the construction manufacturer. After the muddy water settles, the water is recycled.

4. Application of vanadium ore for the separation before the filter press

A vanadium mine in Changsha, Hunan uses a filter press for slag-water separation. Due to the large accumulation density of vanadium ore, large particles, strong acidity, high investment in filter press, high energy consumption, fast wear, fast corrosion, and short filter cloth service life. During the technical transformation, a high-frequency dewatering screen was installed in front of the filter press. The high-frequency dewatering screen discharges about 70% of the vanadium ore, and the remaining part of the vanadium ore is then processed by a filter press. After the process is improved, the load of the filter press is significantly reduced. The area of the filter press is reduced, the service life of the filter cloth is prolonged, the operating cost of the filter press is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.

5. Application of coal washing plant

In the coal washing process, it is necessary to add water to wash the slime and soil on the raw coal, and then separate the washed coal from the muddy water. The use of high-frequency dewatering screen can continuously discharge the washed product coal, so that the product coal and the muddy water can be automatically separated, and the production and operation can be continuous.

Economics of high frequency dewatering vibrating screen

1. Small footprint, no need for civil construction。

2. Good dehydration effect, high efficiency, automatically separate the slag water.

3. Low energy consumption, low maintenance and low operating costs.

4. Simple structure, convenient operation, can work continuously for 24 hours.

5. Long service life and low maintenance cost.
