1. Tape interface transverse tear control measures
A. When the adhesive tape interface is glued, control the vulcanization temperature and vulcanization pressure.
B. Leave a suitable length at the interface, too short will directly affect the tensile force of the interface.
C. Glue strictly in accordance with national standards, and keep the interface clean and dry during the process of gluing.
2. Preventive measures for longitudinal tearing of the tape
A. Control the entry of large pieces of iron ore, iron parts, and parts that fall off equipment at the source of materials.
B. A grid screen is installed at the feeding port, and facilities and equipment such as an iron remover are installed at the discharge port to remove large foreign objects, which can prevent sharp objects from scratching the tape and jamming tape.
C. According to the angle of repose of the material, the outlet of the guide trough is inclined at a certain angle along the conveying direction of the belt, and the installation arc of the guide trough is increased, which is conducive to smooth discharge and can greatly reduce the blocking phenomenon of large pieces of ore.
3. Preventive measures for tape deviation and tearing
A. Install rollers and belt cleaners to reduce the accumulation of dust, materials, and other attachments on the rollers and belts. Before starting the machine, first remove the adhesions on the drum and the idler. Then check the coaxiality of the drum.
B. Adjust the tensioner to maintain proper tension. If the tape has been permanently deformed after running for a period of time, or the travel of the tensioning device is insufficient, a small section of the tape can be cut off to re-vulcanize the butt.
C. When installing the belt conveyor, the installation and positioning of the tail and the head support frame should be accurate to ensure that the head and tail rollers are perpendicular to the centerline of the belt, the axis of the head drive roller is parallel to the axis of the tail roller, and the centerline of the head and tail is in the same direction. on a straight line.
D. Install the corresponding specifications of the guide chute and guide baffle and other buffer devices to reduce the impact of the material on the tape.
4. Preventive measures for tape slipping and cracking
A. Reasonable adjustment of the tape tension can neither make the tape bear too much tension and reduce the service life of the tape, nor make the tape tension too small and slip. For screw and hydraulic tensioning methods, the stroke can be adjusted to increase the tensioning force, and for heavy hammer tensioning methods, counterweights can be added to increase the tensioning force.
B. Strengthen metering monitoring, control the number of materials, avoid overload operation, and try to avoid overload start and stop.
C. When the drive drum lagging is seriously worn, it should be re-wrapped or the drum should be replaced in time. In the daily inspection, strengthen the inspection of the drum, and deal with the problems in time.
