250‑300TPH Sand Washing Plant For Natural Sand Deposit Azerbaijan

This Azerbaijan customer owns a large‑scale natural sand mine. The mine covers an area of around 15 hectares, with an average sand layer thickness of about 10 m and considerable mineral reserves. The customer intends to develop and operate the mine independently to produce construction‑grade finished sand for local markets.

Raw Material: The feed contains no rock fragments and mainly consists of natural sand with only minor clay impurities. A washing process is required to remove clay and slime. A complete washing‑and‑dewatering production line will be built, with a designed output of 250‑300 tons per hour for finished sand.

We provided the customer with a complete solution covering sand washing process, equipment selection and supply of the full‑set auxiliary machiners.

For the wastewater generated during sand washing, we designed an additional zero‑discharge system to meet the client’s requirements. It consists of wastewater tanks, thickeners, filter presses and clean‑water tanks. This setup enables recycled reuse of sand‑washing wastewater and cuts operating costs for the plant.
