1000t/h Limestone Production Line Process Flow
The limestone production line process includes crushing, screening, wastewater treatment, and sand and gravel aggregate storage. Limestone is a widely used building material. The following is the process flow of a 1000t/h limestone production line.
Basic information
1. Production line capacity: 1000t/h limestone aggregate.
2. Product varieties: 0.075~4.75mm, 4.75~15mm, 15~31.5mm.
3. Raw material characteristics: large content of limestone and clay.
4. Environmental emission standards: dust emission concentration ≤20mg/Nm³, zero wastewater discharge.

1. Limestone Screening
After coarse crushing, the limestone is transported to the vibrating screen. After pre-screening, the materials larger than 31.5mm are fed into the standard cone crusher for secondary crushing. The materials of 4.75~31.5mm are sent to the aggregate screening workshop together with the materials after secondary crushing for primary screening.
2. Limestone Screening
Aggregate screening and washing consists of three-stage wet screening and washing. Each level of wet screening and washing is completed by high-pressure spraying equipment installed on each screen surface and vibration and tumbling of the material on the screen. After the material is screened by the vibrating screen, the material larger than 31.5mm returns to the medium and fine crushing workshop for re-crushing. The material smaller than 4.75mm is sent to the double-screw sand washer in the water-washing sand workshop along with the stone washing wastewater for sand washing. Aggregates of 4.75~31.5mm are transported to the second and third-stage finished product vibrating screens for further screening. Aggregates of 15~31.5mm and 4.75~15mm after the second and third-stage screening and washing are sent to their respective finished product yards. The mud-containing fine powder smaller than 4.75mm that falls through the screen is also sent to the double-screw sand washer in the water-washing sand workshop along with the stone washing wastewater for sand washing.
3. Limestone washing
The materials smaller than 4.75mm are separated from the sand by the double-screw sand washer along with the stone washing wastewater. The separated wastewater enters the cyclone group for further separation. The separated machine-made sand products are transported to the 0.075~4.75mm yard. The wastewater, after further separation, enters the concentration tank and is concentrated by the concentrator. The dosing process is carried out during the concentration process. The upper layer of the concentrated liquid flows into the clear water tank and is circulated on the production line through the clear water pump.
