Overview
HS sand wash plant adopts integrated dual-cyclone separation and vibrating dewatering screening technology. It combines sand-water separation and fine sand classification, recovery into a single unit. During operation, the HS sand wash plant quickly achieves coarse sand dewatering, fine sand recovery and wastewater purification. It delivers a capacity of 100–120 m³/h, with 30% less energy costs.
HS sand wash plant could process complex slurries such as construction mud and tailings wastewater to produce 2 grade of quality products.
