In the production of manufactured sand, the sand washer is a critical piece of processing equipment. Washing sand improves the material’s utilization rate. So, what does a complete sand washing production line consist of, what is the detailed production process, and what are its advantages?

1️⃣ Feeder: Conveys raw materials evenly and steadily to subsequent equipment, ensuring the continuity and stability of the production line.

2️⃣ Crushing Equipment:
For raw materials with larger particle sizes, coarse crushing (e.g., jaw crusher) and medium-fine crushing (e.g., cone crusher or impact crusher) are required. For materials with lower hardness, medium-fine crushing alone may suffice.

7️⃣ Conveyor Belt: Connects all equipment, serving as a central hub, and is equipped with dust covers when necessary to meet environmental protection requirements.
