The tailings is as high as 500t per day, concentration is 25%, fines around 100mesh is 70%. Using GP tailings dewatering screen can extract 95% dry mine, after dewatering and screening, the tailings water content is below 20%. Recycled tailings can be used as construction materials; water can be recycled, no need to build tailings pond.
