Our company is currently sourcing heavy-duty screening equipment for a coal processing facility modification project.

After comparing multiple options, the Mongolian client valued our technical expertise in manufacturing mining and coal beneficiation machinery, and invited us to custom-build a heavy-duty coal screening machine tailored to their specific requirements.

After multiple rounds of discussions with the client, we finalized the linear equal-thickness screen shown in the drawing below. This machine process wet and dry sizing, dewatering, desliming and medium removal for medium and fine particles in coal, metallurgy, mining and power industries. It is widely used for sinter ore classification in metallurgy, as well as large coal preparation and washing plants.
