Process Flow
1. Material first enters the circular vibrating screen for preliminary screening. The material >100mm is conveyed to the stockpile, while the material <100mm passes through the iron remover to remove metal, then enters the double-spiral stone washer via conveyor belt. Bottom spray nozzles in the stone washer flush plastics, wood chips, and other light waste to the upper layer. This overflow enters the dewatering screen, and after dewatering, discharges into the waste container.
2. Washed sand and gravel enter the triple-deck screen, separating into three different sizes of aggregate. Each grade is conveyed via separate conveyor belts to the stockpile.
3. Screen undersize from the triple-deck screen is pumped by slurry pump into the hydrocyclone. Under centrifugal force, materials are washed, dewatered, and undergo mud-sand separation. Clean fine sand is produced, enters the dewatering screen for dehydration, then is conveyed via belt to the stockpile.
4. Hydrocyclone underflow material enters the dewatering area for dewatering. Hydrocyclone overflow material returns to the water tank via return pipe for circulation washing and tank replenishment, achieving efficient sand washing.
5. Overflow water from the screen water tank is pumped into the thickener for preliminary flocculation. The thickened slurry is pumped into filter press for pressure filtration to achieve mud-water separation. Overflow water from thickener and clean water from filter press enter the clean water tank for water circulation
