ZKX Exciter Vibrating Screen

Overview

The vibration source of the ZKX exciter vibrating screen has been upgraded to a box-type exciter, featuring strong synchronization, stable operation, and simple adjustment. Excitation force and direction angle can be easily adjusted by adding/subtracting counterweights or changing their positions.

ZKX exciter vibrating screen is suitable for horizontal screening and linear motion screening scenarios, widely used for dry/wet particle size classification of medium/fine materials dewatering and desliming.

Working principle

ZKX exciter vibrating screen achieves material grading through periodic vibrations generated by the exciter:

When working, materials are evenly distributed on the screening mesh from the feed inlet. Vibrations cause relative movement of materials on the screen, the fine particles pass through mesh openings, while larger particles remain on the surface. Different particle sizes are discharged from corresponding outlets to complete screening.
