Overview
Vibrating grizzly screen is a screening machine with a stepped and staggered screening surface layout. Different from traditional screen mesh, it adopts high-quality wear-resistant steel bars arranged in parallel at fixed intervals to form a multi-stage screening surface with varying gaps.
Therefore, the vibrating grizzly screen is also known as a bar screen. It integrates the characteristics of grizzly bar screens and linear vibrating screens and adopts a linear motion trajectory.

Working principle
The core working principle of a vibrating grizzly screen is to classify and separate materials through parallel bars with varying gaps.
When working, the exciting force generated by exciters or vibration motors is transmitted to the screen deck inside the screen box. The screen box produces directional vibration, causing materials to toss and move on the screen surface.
In this process, materials smaller than the bar gaps fall through the openings onto the lower screen deck or directly turn into undersize products. Materials larger than the gaps travel forward along the screen deck and are eventually discharged from the discharge outlet.

3. Multi-stage screening fully loosens and stratifies materials, enabling better penetration of fine particles. Under the same floor area, its processing capacity is 20% – 40% higher than flat screens, with screening efficiency reaching 90% – 95%.
