Overview
Mobile dewatering screen is an integrated equipment that deeply integrates a fixed high-frequency dewatering screen with a towable mobile chassis.
Mobile dewatering screen is specially designed for dewatering, desliming and medium removal of fine-grained materials, mainly used for tailings recovery, sand washing wastewater treatment, tailings dry discharge, coal slime dewatering in sand and aggregate production lines.

Working principle
Centered on high-frequency vibration dewatering, the mobile dewatering screen realizes integrated operation and site transfer with the mobile chassis. The chassis is welded with thickened square steel; the screen box is rigidly connected to the chassis via high-strength bolts. Large-diameter steel helical springs are installed under the screen box to ensure stable operation.
When working, raw materials (such as tailings after sand washing, coal slime, tailings slurry) enter the dewatering screen surface from the feed hopper and are rapidly vibrated and dispersed under high-frequency vibration. Moisture passes through the screen under the action of vibration inertia force and is discharged from the under-screen drainage outlet. Products on the screen move forward rapidly along the large-inclination (15–20°) screen surface and are discharged from the discharge outlet.

2. Large-inclination screen surface design delivers excellent dewatering performance, with the moisture content of finished sand stably controlled below 8%.
3. High-wear-resistance polyurethane screen mesh features high opening rate and good water permeability, allowing efficient recovery of fine sand below 0.15 mm.
