Overview
Ultrasonic attrition scrubber is the core pretreatment equipment for deep purification of non-metallic ores. It is specially designed to remove surface film iron, secondary clay coatings and finely adhered slime on minerals, which cannot be eliminated by conventional scrubbing equipments.
Ultrasonic attrition scrubber is widely applied in production lines for high-purity photovoltaic silica sand, glass sand raw materials, as well as iron removal and desliming of non-metallic ores.

Working principle
Ultrasonic attrition scrubber integrates mechanical attrition scrubbing and ultrasonic cavitation stripping. When working, the main shaft drives wear-resistant impellers to agitate pulp at high speed. Mineral particles collide and rub against one another to strip surface slime and clay agglomerates, completing preliminary desliming.
High-frequency ultrasonic transducers are installed on the attrition cells, continuously transmitting sound waves through the pulp. Numerous microbubbles form in the liquid and collapse instantaneously, generating high-pressure shockwaves that penetrate mineral gaps. These shockwaves strip stubborn film iron, iron oxide coatings and fine clay impurities from particle surfaces.

Features & Benefits
1. The removal rate of iron impurities is increased by 5% -30% compared to ordinary scrubbing machines
2. The inner lining of the attrition cells are thickened with wear-resistant rubber, and the mixing impeller is made of high wear-resistant alloy material.
3. The modular disassembly and assembly design of the ultrasonic module facilitates easy maintenance and replacement of parts, reducing downtime for maintenance.
4. Equipped with PLC control system, matched with variable frequency speed regulation and automatic ultrasonic power adjustment, it can operate continuously and stably for 24 hours.
