Overview
ZSW vibrating feeder is a feeding equipment tailor-made for large mineral processing plants, million-ton manufactured sand production lines and high-intensity open-pit crushing yards.
Designed for quantitative feeding ahead of large primary jaw crushers or heavy gyratory crushers, the ZSW vibrating feeder can withstand huge bin pressure and instant heavy impact loads during direct unloading from heavy-duty dump trucks or loaders.

Working principle
Different from common motor-driven feeders, ZSW vibrating feeder adopts heavy external motor with V-belt to drive double gear vibrator box. Internally meshed gear shafts and eccentric blocks force two eccentric shafts to rotate reversely synchronously, generating stable & powerful linear exciting force.
ZSW vibrating feeder can convey dozens of tons of materials horizontally. Even under severe conditions of high bin pressure & large rocks up to 1000mm, its amplitude and frequency remain unchanged without attenuation.
