  • Overview

    GZG vibrating feeders are developed for uniform, continuous or quantitative feeding of bulk loose materials. Through structural optimization of the trough body and vibrating mass, GZG feeders achieve lightweight and compact design while maintaining high feeding capacity.

    GZG vibrating feeders can steadily extract lumpy, granular and powdery materials from silos or hoppers, and perfectly match downstream equipment including crushers, coal washing machines, vibrating screens, conveyors and packaging machinery.

    GZG vibrating feeders are widely used in coal, metallurgy, power generation, chemical, building materials and other industries. They deliver outstanding performance when handling viscous materials with high moisture and high clay content.

  • Working principle

    GZG vibrating feeder is driven by a Y-series general-purpose motor. The motor is connected to an eccentric block via an elastic rotor shaft, which rotates in opposite directions in a self-synchronized manner, generating centrifugal force to form the vibration source. The motor body does not participate in the vibration (non-vibrating design) and only transmits power through the drive box-type vibrator.

    When working, vibrating force propels the material along a pre-set vibrating angle (typically 20°–30°) in a projectile-like forward motion, achieving continuous and uniform conveying. The vibration frequency can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the motor speed or the mass of the eccentric blocks.
