Overview
GZY Vibrating Feeder is designed for coal, ores and aggregates conveying and feeding with particle sizes of 0–300mm. As a dedicated feeding apparatus for coal and mining operations, GZY vibrating feeder excels in handling viscous materials with high moisture content and significant clay inclusion.

Working principle
GZY vibrating feeder is driven by a Y-series general-purpose motor. The motor is connected to an eccentric block via an elastic rotor shaft, which rotates in opposite directions in a self-synchronized manner, generating centrifugal force to form the vibration source. The motor body does not participate in the vibration (non-vibrating design) and only transmits power through the drive box-type vibrator.
When working, vibrating force propels the material along a pre-set vibrating angle (typically 20°–30°) in a projectile-like forward motion, achieving continuous and uniform conveying. The vibration frequency can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the motor speed or the mass of the eccentric blocks.
