On August 4, 2026, a full set of sand washingmachines manufactured by LZZG finished container loading and set sail for Côte d’Ivoire in West Africa, delivering a full-process zero-discharge washing solution to support the local aggregate processing project.

This integrated sand washing production line consists of complete functional modules, including feeding & pre-screening, intensive attrition washing, multi-stage fine sand recovery, sludge thickening, filter pressing and closed water recycling.

Its standout core strength lies in full wastewater zero discharge. All process effluent undergoes sedimentation, flocculation and purification before being fully recycled back into production, while sludge is dewatered into dry filter cakes for stockpiling and subsequent disposal — zero liquid discharge throughout the whole operation.

Tailored to West Africa’s high-temperature, high-silt working conditions, the equipment features thickened wear-resistant components and an optimized variable-frequency control system to cut on-site water and power consumption.
