Working principle
The Screw sand washer machine adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tank, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this tank, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment tank.
The screw sand washer is a kind of sand washing machine, appliance by water fit with the sand maker. The sand washer can wash out micro amount of stone powder and impurities from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand.
Through the generator and redactor drives the impeller to rotate in circles continuously in the water tank,the sand washers are impelled to make the sand stones and slag particles mixed, inverted and washed in the tank and discharged after dewatering of the materials in the impeller.
